Carb cycling..now im hungry
I am carb cycling this weekend so down to zero carbs for two days, I'm freaking hungry I'm eating nothing but tuna and eggs..but it's not filling me up. I just at a can of Tuna and 10 eggs and still hungry, any help would be great.

Meat, but nothing satisfies a carb craving. . . I hated life when I hit my Keto diet a few years back to shed those last few pounds.

Whenever i low carbed i always felt hungry, its really sad because low carb is such a great diet. It used to be worst when i did the CKD because after a full weekend of carbs i hated Mondays and it was very hard to get back to low carbing and low energy.

I think of carbs as the filler between real foods. . . . But, I remember my low carb diets. I would eat 2.5k cals per day and still feel like I am starving.

I hated CKD, screwed me up, never felt hungry on low carb days, but I couldn't never do an adequate carb up while doing CKD. Some days with less carbs is fine, but I won't ever cut them out again.
Want to fix the hunger problem? Consume a bunch of fat. Or eat a huge ribeye steak, covered in butter. Or eat something smothered in a fatty sauce.

Guys dont underestimate the use of a treadmill, I have been doing an hour a day and the results come quick
