What a nice goal by Green IN DOUBLE OVERTIME!! It was SO intense! Not to mention both teams had SO many chances! Every shot taken had me at the edge of my chair!!

They are in PHILLY tonight, but, hopefully they will pull through and win this game 7 to advance!! I think if they win, they'll end up playing Ottawa.

Those first two goals REALLY fucked things up, they shouldn't have happened!!

My Canadian team was eliminated, and no it wasn't the Maple Laffs. I couldn't care less about Ottawa but I don't mind Vancouver. I just prefer cheering for the underdog.

I love the Leafs also and when we went to game 5 against the Leafs at the FU center there were leafs fans everywhere and the Flyers fans were just ripping the shit out of them. Me and my bud were like what do we say we both love both teams! So.....LET'S GO FLYERS LET'S GO!
I just hope we can get by Ottawa, Devils loose to Lightning then that would set up a flyers 5 game win over the Dolts and the Flyers would FINALLY after so many wasted years with the F*Head Eric Lindros win the Cup. But then we'd deffinately have to keep Bobby Clarke forever....

Just kidding bro. You gotta admit though (COME ON) that Vancouver is playing quite well, and have learned a lot from the past. They are playing quite well against Minnesota, who don't forget knocked off Colorado (even if it was in 7 games). And Ottawa, they ARE the best team in the league (or just about). They have been playing great, and you just gotta give them credit. If they can beat Philly, then New Jersey or Tampa shouldn't be a problem. I would KILL to see Ottawa vs Vancouver, wouldn't that just be amazing?!?! I mean HOW LONG has it been since ONE Canadian team made it to the finals, YET ALONE TWO!! However, if I have to settle for anything less, then at LEAST ONE Canadian team should make it this year, it would be great. Ottawa is more likely. Vancouver still has a good chance.

Well T...I'm actually and Av's fan (goes way back to when the were the Nordiques), but I'm also a JS Gigere fan. I watched him play his major junior career (same with Jody Shelly, Alex Tanguay, Ramzi Abid, Vladislav Nagy and Brandon Ried...who plays for Vancouver as a matter of fact

). But regardless of where the team is located, a good majority of the best players in the league are from Canada. I'm sure our Yankee brethern realized that even though the 92-93 World Champion Blue Jays resided north of the border (no...not Pat Borders), that they were comprised mostly of US players (and one Canadian...Rob Butler of Butlerville Newfoundland)

Good point Pete, very true. I loved Patrick Roy, and I still like him a lot. I was VERY pissed when he left Montreal, and so I liked Colorado a bit too (mainly because of him), but still my main team is Montreal.

However, even you Pete, as an Avs fan, would probably still be a little happy or proud to see one of our teams make the finals this year
