Do not buy "The Layman's Guide To Steroids"
I am sure that all the senior members and vets already know this but I thought this may save some newbies a couple of bucks. Do not buy the book called "The Layman's Guide To Steroids ." It is completely worthless. My friend recently ordered this crap so he could learn a little bit before jumping into the game. It consists of mostly bad advice and ramblings about nothing. For example, the author recommends a Dbol only pyramid type cycle for novices. The cycle starts at something like 20mgs/day and at its peak is 50mgs/day and then back to 20mgs/day. Very little explanation is given about Nolvadex . Clomid is mentioned but clear advice about dosage is not given. It is almost like he is stuck in the 70's. Too bad he did not come to this site first. He could have gathered enough information to write a much better book after only a few minutes of browsing.

Since its already a nine year old bump I don't feel bad jumping in just to be part of history, maybe this thread will gain new life on this vital topic!

Since this old thread got pumped, and people will start commenting on it like it is new...I will recommend:
Anabolics by William Llewellyn.
You can get it for your Kindle as well.
