My daughters great! She's a lot of fun. Teeth are comin in now. I had to switch jobs - got outa medical and now I'm in high end audio/video and electrical. It pays more believe it or not and it's more consistent. Work has been a ton of stress lately so I'm glad I've found something good. Once I'm there for a while I'm gunna kick it in high gear and make a run at 260.

Welcome back mate!
So I;m assuming with the medical equipment, you had to do some traveling? Does the new venture take you off the road some?
Stick around a little more, will ya? We're getting swamped here! =)
and btw, 260 is really startiing to get there. my best is 250, but carried more bf than you, and I think i might be taller than you. starting to turn into a fireplug, ya know?Last edited by Times Roman; 07-10-2012 at 10:21 PM.

Yea i lost some weight with all this stress. I'm lean and still about 240 right now. I'm 6'1 btw - I've got the itch to compete so bad and I feel like every time I come close to picking a show I get nailed with a new problem or something. I don't wanna doit halfassed and I wanna at least do somewhat well. As long as I don't look out of place.
Man idunno wtf is wrong with the computer but I'll be on everyday with the phone at least. I love my iPhone.

huh! you're about a half inch taller than me. not sure why I was thinking you were 5'10
even 240 with low bf is very respectable. when i was 250, didn't know my bf%, but had a 36" waist, and no love handles. all i have to gauge it with. my demise was going into public accounting (60hours/week during tax season) AND putting in 1000 hours study time (in one year) studying for the exam. I had no time, not even for the family. I was a real difficult person to be around that year, and let everything go except my goals.
commuting 120miles a day is going to suck up gym time. so you will have to work out the logistics of THAT on top of everything else.
funny. before I knew anything about steroids , i was taking androstenedione for a couple of years straight. It's illegal now, but it really packed on the weight and strength.
just noticed i began to ramble.
anyways, i hope it works out for you. and you are right... shiit always pops up at the worst times, so hang in there!

So you are only doing houses, not auto?
Hmmmmm my 91 ******* RT TT (3000gt VR4 brother) is about due for an upgrade. I did my system YEARS ago. It still thumps pretty good compared to most little ricers but it's still an amateur job compared to the stuff they do now days. Only problem is $$$$ I cant see spending $$$$ on a sound system unless you compete or just have a LOT of excess cash.
Ha, I knew that would be the fact. It defiantly has it's disadvantages at times but usually nothing you cant work around. I have never had to worry about that. lol
I have spent a lot of time in attics and in crawl spaces. I spent my junior year summer insulating underfloor of new and older houses and apartments as well as blowing in insulation in attics. The owner wanted me to drop out of school and was willing to set me up with my own truck because he was impressed with my work ethics. I was smart enough to say NO thanks.Last edited by lovbyts; 07-16-2012 at 06:50 AM.

Audio is relatively the same I'm sure. Low voltage and a lot of the wiring is the same. I've never been into car audio myself tho.

I think DSM was looking for a new entertainment system for his bedroom. You should go give him an in home estimate.
