Being an older dog I really do not participate in internet message boards. This is first and only board I have joined. I know I've had a leaning curve not only in subjects here but also on message board etiquette. I am sure that over the past year I have pissed a few of you off and I assure you it was not my intention. There are so many good people here that honestly enjoy helping others that I must say I would like to thank you all. Even negative comments have been a positive impact for me since they have made me more determined.
I spend most of my time now in the diet section and would like to mention that there are many individuals there that have helped me overcome past plateaus and construct a real diet. Big thank you to all there.
I spent some time in the lounge and had a few laughs there as well. What is amazing is sometimes a thread title does not look interesting and it ends up being a hilarious thread. (Don't judge a thread by it's title)
I have been neglecting the whore threads lately but would like to thank the guys there for helping me kill time at work and make me laugh. Thank you whores.
And last I'd like to thank Admin and Mods for keeping up a great site.
