    Got a new protein shake !!!!!

    It's called met-RX size up it's 71g of carbs per shake with 54g of protein which is good...in strawberry flavour aswell..... But the only problem is its four f*uck off scoops and taste like f*ckin sh*t I start drinking it and I want to drink it but my stomach is just like "no f*ckin way Mann" and I'm like gagging nearly being sick after only drinking half of it. I'm training to gain mass, but this tw*t taste like sh*t,maybe I should just take 3 scoops so it's not as thick ?,but seriously my taste buds are not game for this new shake.

    Just felt like telling everyone this....

    (don't say man up because I've f*ckin tried it and my body physically won't take it)

    with that much carb, it sounds more like a mass gainer

    eat real food that tastes good. This is why I make my own shakes, more effort but at least it will taste good.

    My shakes consist of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 cup of eggs whites, 1 cup or 1/2 cup of oats, sometimes yogurt and blueberries or raspberries.

    if i'm at home I will do plain protein powder, dextrose, peanut butter, ice, milk, cocoa powder, and some kind of nut. On the go I mix plain protein, dextrose, and cocoa powder, then mix with whole milk and sometimes have cream in it. Or I will make a fruit based shake with whatever fruit I have available. Right now I can't have milk so I use coconut milk, and can't have whey so been using hemp protein powder and beef isolate, its kind of gross to just mix up on the go so have to put a lot more into it. But my stuff I make with plain whey tastes amazing, like a milk shake from the cream I put in and such.

    Make it thicker than water does and lots better than dairy milk IMO. In a shake I honestly can't tell the difference in unsweetened original, vanilla, or chocolate. All are good

    love this stuff! The unsweetened is damn good in shakes n pudding. The sweetened is even better but wayy too much sugar. Choc almond milk tastes incredible but has more sugar than a Coke

    Dude your problem is you bought a strawberry flavoured shake. The chocolate isn't THAT bad. But that stuff is way over-priced. You're better off getting Up Your Mass. The chocolate flavour tastes like chocolate milk.

    Or better yet making your own gainer shake.

    Will I gain though ? It's alright I didn't pay for it,but I've heard its like £50 a tub

    Well so far today I've eaten bowl of oats,4 eggs,a shake,rice and chicken.

    Alright Dude, spend some time doing this. But I want you to go in to Microsoft Excel and make an inventory of everything you eat. Separate each meal and log everything you consume, drinks included (include the time at which you consume these items). Write down the portion size, number of calories, grams of sugar, carbohydrates, grams of protein, fats for every meal you eat. Also log your protein shakes. Then post the excel sheets here or better yet in the diet section. I guarantee you, you'll get a lot of suggestions.

    Infact guys I change my mind I've used this for 3 days now and I've kinda got used to the taste and I don't mind it anymore !

    weight gainers make you fat..! how many of those carbs are sugar? does it say 6g? ok now loook at the ingridents and how many other words for sugar are listed on the back ? whats the first ingrident on teh list? i bet its MD

    never understood the logic of buying a expensive shake that requires you to use multiple scoops to get the serving of protien that they advertise on the label.
    I get mine at costco, it has 27 grams of protien per scoop, so even if I wanted to get more than 27 g per shake it comes at the fraction of the cost and way less sugar and carbs than the ones that advertise 75g of protien. Hell those ones that you have to take four scoops cost you a fortune and last you like 2 weeks if that.

    Yeah, they can. protein shakes do have their place though. Like right after a workout.

    Yes it's 6.0g of sugar and the first ingredient is maltodextrin. Surely it won't make me just go 'fat'
