Does anybody know how I get can some free supplement testers like by signing upto a website or somthing ? I just want to try some free little samples as I haven't really tried many supplements and don't want to waste my money buying a rubbish product and missing out on the good stuff ??

If you're just talking about pre workouts, protiens and stuff like that. Most supp stores carry some samples of whatever they happen to be pushing at the time. If they aren't hoarding for themselves or friends.

Dont expect full size bottles. When I owned supplement stores we always handed out samples, but never full bottles. (1-2 servings)
We get emailed all the time for: "Can you send free bottles to sample and I will let all of my friends know about it" Stores get that ALL the time and you wont get anywhere. Contact the manufacture, but dont expect much from them either. There are VERY LITTLE margins in the supplement industry.

Make friends with someone at a sup store. I have a buddy that works at GNC an I literally get shopping bags full of supps all the time!

There are a few sites that give out free supplement packages. There used to be this site (I forgot what it's called) that offered free supplement samples that you could just keep on ordering lol. Stuff like protein cookies, protein bars, Muscle Milk, protein shakes, etc.

Personally, i don't really see the point of free sups/vits. You will not notice how it makes you feel by taking. They could be feeding you a sugar pill and you wouldn't know the difference. Vits/sups are long term, so a single pill or two is really pointless.

Supplements dont really do anything. There are things out there that help for detox and blood pressure and overall wellness, but there isnt really out there that will help you in the body building department. Trust me Ive studied them for years

For MANY people, supplements become the motivation and the routine that they need to follow a plan and reach their goals. For other people, it is steroids . And other people it is dieting or drinking lots of water. In many cases it is not what it does for you, it is what it makes you do for yourself. If spending 50 bucks on supplements, injecting 200mg a week of test, dieting, etc... makes you go to the gym, work out hard, diet right, wake up in the morning to run.... Then whatever "IT" is that gives you motivation to accomplish your goals makes it worth while.
I used to buy protein to get me working out. Then I would not work out unless I was using steroids. Then, I would not work out unless I was using steroids AND spending shit loads of money on supplements and food. The bottom line was; As long as it made me go to the gym and get motivated, it was worth whatever it cost.
