    Nice did that last night. Cardio two days for me Saturday, then fasted cardio tomorrow eat breakfast followed by a fasted day the rest of the day till Monday morning.

    had to leave the gym as they were closing did cardio, abs and shoulders and it felt like they were going to rip my skin what i didnt realised that i was doing dbl weight then normal ...fvcking tren i tell u
    and ys it is saturday night

    Nice...........I swear the other day after 15min finishing off doggie my quads and abs where pumped to the max.....she was a happy girl, might of banged her head of the wall a few x....;-)

    I've never done one day of cardio. I have played a little racquet ball but no true machine cardio even before my show.

    Nights and weekends are the best times to workout. It's like having your own personal gym.

    I can't stand gym rush hour when everyone flocks to the benches and free weights. It gets to the point to where the entire top row of free weights is empty!

    I usually do cardio at a local track and do HIIT training. I get a better workout and cover more distance that way

    Yeah I'm pretty sure he turned into grey hulk after they took gamma out of him so he can control himself or something like that

    I don't think there is much of a difference. Plus when it comes to comics they do that "alternate universe" crap and change everything around so you really can't go by one particular thing you read/see
