My Big D...
Deload that is. So I had been hitting PR's of some sort every session and thought I had training dialed in, until diet had to change and weight gain stopped and gains in gym were starting to get hindered by feeling run down. Really felt like I needed a deload, as many people implement some form into their regime. I chose to just go without lifting this time. How long should I do it? Debating deadlifting heavy tonight, been out for little over a week, figured I could train twice this week, 2-3 times next week and whatever is possible after that working back up to my 3-4 times a week. But I'm still feeling sore and run down like I need more time off. So what should I do? Take a few more days, will be out of town over weekend, so should I just bag this week and start next monday? I really don't want to start over with my strength gains, as I am squatting 415x5 with ease, aside from the pain, benching 345x5 etc. I want to be in my top shape ever before starting a cycle in 2 months or so, but I also want to be ready for it, it wouldn't hurt to take advantage of my current restricted diet and lose a few lbs in prep too. But if I am not at least hitting my best lifts I don't want to cycle before I am not making progress without it.
So if I feel like I need to do some more healing could I extend this out to two weeks and then ease back into lifting?

5'8" 230 lbs, 20% bf give or take 5% ha.

Thanks, I mean I was at a point even pull ups hurt, so hope you are right.
and yeah I have no clue what my bodyfat is. Basically the unlikelihood of me being 25% is the same as me being 15%. but who knows

Seige, are you planning on cutting your calories by 300-500 while de-loading?

Actually i have some blood work coming up, thryoid and such, but after if it's still looking sub par and they don't put me on armor thyroid I'm going to buy some T3 and cut for 8 weeks before I blast. I dunno I don't really want to lose weight, but I'm starting to think it would be bad to blast and consume mass calories. Maybe I will and then just do a serious cut afterwards.

Yeah, i'm hoping my thyroid is functioning better because of these diet changes, was the whole point to stop my hashimoto's from being a problem. but if it looks bad I'm guessing he will prescribe something. I've never been a big fan of thermogenic supplements etc. I usually can lose weight ok it's just a pain in the ass, and I always mentally struggle because I think I'm losing muscle.

Ill keep you posted on this but this is the ingredients of the NYC. basic stuff

isn't synephrine similar to ephedra? And btw my sensitivity to this stuff is insane. normally I don't notice caffeine from soda, but i took some supplements years ago that kept me up all night long, and make me sick like i was going to throw up at the gym.

I'm 3 house into my fist dose of the NYC stack so far so good. Felt a little quizy but seemed to go away

Siege you doing cardio at all. I did a lite 30min on the stairs today.
