    Heard some good news about rips from a few guys..I'm curious as ever now. I'm gonna buy a few kits and let u guys know, but we can discuss/debate this in that other thread

    all good man, hrt is brill and have my first comp in 5yrs next month, just a raw DL as im scheduled for keyhole on my shoulder 2 days after and cant bench or hold squat bars down my back.

    pulled a 280kg this morn, on the day im hoping for

    1st 260
    2nd 280
    3rd 300

    had the WPF 110kg class 335kg WR on my mind but had only a 6wk peaking build up so just not long enough for that, might have a crack next year. currently sitting at 102kgs so still fairly light in that weight division.

    Yep it looks like Saint paddie chased out more than snakes and we got him back. Tis the luck o the Irish. He will be going after the gimpy gowls before you know it. Unless he is still all scuttered from the night before...

    i usually always top my training lifts on comp day with the adrenaline flowing. at the min, all i do everyday is think of the number 300 lol
