    Bronzer at 266lbs..

    Age: 23
    Height: 6'3"
    Weight: 266
    Waist: 37
    Arms: 17
    Bf%: 18ish (maybe higher)

I took some progress pictures for myself tonight, but I figure I'd post them for the hell of it. Strangely enough, I really am in the upper 260s. I know I look smaller than that. It's weird too because I haven't trained legs in 3 months, just got back on them this week. My arms REALLY screw my physique up. It REALLY sucks! The genetics in my family for arms is god awful - but I should be happy we've got the shoulder genetics going for us. I just hopped on some NPP/Prop - I'm hoping to hit 275-280 by November. After that, I need to cut - starting to feel like a fat fvck ( hence, why I am NOT shirtless..lol)

Good question for those that have been around a while. I assume a vet could be banned if they broke the rules. Why not??

Lol... i decided to go check the graveyard thread instead. No harm knowing a little of the history of this place.

I started reading from page 1. Guess what, dec's name was repeatedly mentioned as the most likely to get banned next! Thats some funny shit.

Hey dec, why dont you tell us your story? How you left and how you're back?

keep up the good work, bronzer. Are you sure however, that you should be bulking? Looks like a good clean cut might do you good.

I like being intimidating looking. I really couldn't care less about having that super lean look. For me to have ab's, I have to be somewhere around 220-225ish and I look like absolute hell with that kinda weight for my height. That's me at 220lbs - look like a stick figure.

I remember when that was your avi. I don't think you looked like a stick figure then. I bet if you would lean up now after you've put on that muscle, that 230-240 would be a good weight to be at for you to still be big and look lean.

No offense, but do you ever work your traps? You have huge delts and no traps. I think you look better at the lighter weight as well but to each his own.

Traps are very stubborn. Where as, I haven't done any sort of military press in 3 years, and my delts still grow....

That cookie cutter lean look isn't in my genes. I can't cut down without dropping a ton of muscle, no matter how many drugs I take or how immaculate my diet is - I always lose a ton of size.

Hate to come of like a dick my friend but all im getting out of this is excuses. No such thing, if your diet was really immaculate bf% would drop right off. If your lossing muscle when dieting its cause your protein intake is to low. Sounds to me like your counting on drugs to do the work for you , get down to 15% bf via diet and cardio and the run a cut, hit the diet section bro, you need to focuse some time there.

^That was my lean bulking diet for a while.

I have knowledge on diet - I don't need to be hanging in that section of the forum any longer. I could spend the next 5 years in that forum and guess what - it's still not gonna change my genetics.

A lot of people are too quick to point the finger and assume someone follows a shitty diet, simply because the person being chastised isn't as genetically gifted..

A bit of fat isnt that bad as long as you're still healthy. Get bloods done and watch BP.

Not everyone wants to have a 6-pack all year.

Yeah - I'm always tired too. I know what you mean when you say you feel like a whale, I eat so much damn food that I think my stomach is going to pop one day. Another big issue is finding clothes that fit me. I have to wear an XXXL dress shirt and sometimes an XXL-XXXL t shirt (depending on the brand). That's a real pain in the ass.

I'm keeping my diet a little more simple this time. 5 meals a day, with 70g of protein, 100-150g of carbs, and fat somewhere around 50g per meal. I can't do that 6-8 meals a day shit again - not enough time on my hands.

yeah, i started a new job at the same time my bulk started, my new suit jackets dont fit me now lol, i went up 22lbs extremely quickly, within 5wks! swollen feet at night, a pulse constantly beating in my neck, tren has left me out of breath walking up the stairs and after my 2nd feed everyday i feel slumped!

be glad when the comp is done next Sat and all the mental/physical pressure is off!

I think I will end up doing a slow cut to around 240lbs. It would be nice to hit 12% at 240lbs. The only thing that I am paranoid about is my arms. At almost 270lbs, they're only 17 inches. As soon as I start cutting, they dwindle down to nothing. My arms should be somewhere between 18.5-19" with my frame and body weight right now. They are always going to be a weak part.

My dress shirt is a 4x and 36-37 sleeves, to fit my neck, belly area is gigantic but beats spending a fortune to get a nice shirt and get it tailored.

So is your pulse beating in your neck a bad thing? I haven't noticed it last couple days but all last week it was bad.

Honestly there isn't much you can do about your arms other than gain more muscle mass, haha. Eventually they would be the size you want, even after cutting, but luckily you are young and have plenty of years to achieve it.

My dress shirt is a 4x and 36-37 sleeves, to fit my neck, belly area is gigantic but beats spending a fortune to get a nice shirt and get it tailored.
