    Most memorable experiences, neg or positive in the gym???

    Hey guys, just thought i'd throw out a question I like to ask to new guys I've met. What in all of your lifting/workout related experiences have been your most memorable? Could be a new PR, a bad failed lift, hook ups related to the gym... anything! its always fun to hear what people have gone through, and also can be very informative advice for others lol

    This thread will get better response in the lounge...

    For me its the Sauna. I have been using those for 12 years and when I am in there baking it sometimes brings back memories of my early lifting days.

    back in high school i wa doing cable flys at the gym and the whole machine tipped and fell over on my buddie doing preacher curls, there was a bolt sticking out and it sliced the back of his head open to the skull about 4in long....blood all over we went to the er, where the dr doing the sticth work was showing off for me and grabbing both sides of the gash and separating it and moving it around so I could see my buddies skull.
