if your shoulder feels like it popped out of the...
Socket and popped back in should you stretch and continue or quit for the day and should you stretch in between heavy sets?

quit. Get it checked. Wait for it to heal.

Don't ever try to work passed and injury, or potential injury, you'll end up making it worse

Defiantly quit and ice it. Have it checked out and either go with lighter weights or fix your form

It just felt funny, I feel fine now im more worried about my hip cuz its acting up, I got hit by a car 5 years ago

If it popped out you already have a problem. Sounds like it didn't hurt, so its probably happened before right? If you want to get it fixed, do it sooner than later. If not you will really f up your rc, I know from experience. I have a few anchors holding mine in place from that kind of thinking. Good luck.

I also think I used my shoulder too much trying to bench too much like a moron but thats the problem when I use rage to work

Also im sorry if I gave the wrong impression, I didnt pop my shoulder out of the socket, it just felt had that feeling you get after you pop your shoulder out and pop it back in because I used my shoulder to bench

No just dislocated my arm but I couldnt pop it back in myself in myself
