sushi bad for diet ?
Going out for sushi , should i eat edamame lol .. i mean i had a cheat day last week ... Love sushi especially philli and caterpillar rolls ...

I love sushi but it is a little high on the carb side for some selections and as much as I love the philli rolls, those generally have cream cheese in them. Delicious, but not nutrition friendly on my plan.
I generally stick to sashimi and a side bowl of rice so my protein stays high and my carbs lower.

Not bad if you're bulking quick, but I'm not a fan of carb loading per se. I try to keep my intake stable throughout the week so gains are leaner. The weight comes on a bit more slowly but then you aren't battling a bulge of a high carb intake which could elevate fat retention.
Since you're not likely eating this way too frequently, what the heck, go for it. Enjoy the food!

Good for a cheat meal or cheat day. It is in fact fairly clean for a cheat meal/day too... but I would not eat it on a regular basis. Once a week at most for me.

I eat sushi as often as I can. That's usually 2-3 a month. However I do stay away from the tempura, cream cheese, and heavy sauced rolls. I also don't go fricking crazy and eat 8 rolls in a sitting.

i love sushi but i stopped eating it because i seen some guy on TV get worms in his brain from raw fish so i will not eat sushi anymore my memories bad enough already
