Advice for the next three months.

How can I keep muscle without working out my upper body? for the next three months ill be focusing on my lower body and perhaps cardio due to a wrist dislocation. I was thinking in doing legs twice a week and lower back, and much needed cardio but what can I do so I don't loose my upper body mass?

sounds like an impossible mission. the only thing i can think of is maybe some isometric exercises for your chest and shoulders, and maybe a truck load of clen or albut. not even sure if it will work...

    good luck

Our bodies are amazing tho. If you do lose some, muscle has memory so you will get it back. Best of luck

Swimming's a good idea. Pec deck, reverse pec deck? Smith Machine might come in handy.

And AXx is right. I took off several months due to my shoulder about 5 years ago. And when i was ready it didn't take too long to be back in the thick of things. I did hit legs, abs and cardio in the interim.

all the above and keep diet decent, this will be main factor in how much or little lbm you lose and you be fine, even look at this as an oppertuity to cut for a few weeks and then run a nice lean bulk when you recover

No cast, just a wrist brace go figure.
