    The FBI Virus

My laptop was hijacked by the FBI virus last night. I have full Norton antiviral protection, so you can imagine my surprise. Did everything i could think of, but couldnt' get rid of the damn thing. I even paidthe $9 extra for the tech support when i purchased the package so that if i came down with the virus, then tech support would take care of removal. So I call Norton tech support, and they tell me that the $9 only covers "level 1" tech support, but what i have is a "level 2" situation. I ended up paying the $130 this morning to have this damn thing removed.

I was told that Norton will probably not be able to prevent me from getting this again, as it seems to look like a regular program and they have no defense against it

I hope I don't get it. I need to protect my 3 terabyts of porn plus tons of songs downloaded from sites that have since shut down or charging for them now...lol I'm backing up and running all scans now TR for real...Because I'm all over the damned net all the time. In places I should not wonder, places I shall not mention.. Oh and in case any one of the law is reading this I'm only joking...

TR I used to run norton but found after a while they suck IMO and they slowed my computer down. So I switched to paid version of AVG and it's been smooth sailing so far.. knock on wood. Plus I use other programs as well, anti malware, and a few other programs for good measure. But still it's no gaurantee. There is always a bored 16 year old somewhere in nantucket on his computer thinking it's fun to shut down anonymous peoples computers, then watch on tv how good a job he did. And at 16 he can only watch his porn and masturbate for about 35 seconds and it's over for him so his adhd keeps him going into other areas so as creating malware.
