Trick/Tips for cutting weight prior to weigh-in
I've tried tons of different ways to cut weight over the past few years. I've lost as much as 20lbs in 24hours. (Definitely not safe!!) But do any of you have any tips and tricks for the best way to cut weight? And even better....tips for putting that weight back on after weigh ins? This is where i have trouble putting back on ALL my weight lost.
I've tried sauna suits, running, biking, wet sauna, lasix, laxatives, water/food depletion, etc...
Even tried a trick of submerging in a hot bath for 10 min intervals.
Thanks for any help!! Trying to start doing this a bit safer
