It's the little things!
This is the lounge so I am nearly positive this will go to hell but......
The other night after a long day at work my wife comes home (exhausted for the most part) carrying 5 doz. eggs and a bag of mixed veggie steamers.
When she presented them to me she commented that she was just thinking of me and wanted to make sure I didn't run out (mind you she eats healthy too).
I just wanted to take an oppurtunity to express how much a I appreciate it and how sometimes it's the little things we do for one another that remind them we care!
Please feel free to share any of the little things that your special someone has done or that you have done for someone else that remind each other you care!

Whether it be cuddling in the morning with the person you love, an extra hour of sleep, a smile from a stranger walking by, or the joyful sound of children playing in the park.
It's the little things that make all the difference and life worth living. Great thread topic bro!

My wife has been basically taking care of 3 kids under 2 by herself during the week with little help from me, I came home from work last night to dinner and was so beat I didn't even help clean up or do anything else just went to sleep. She took care of everything even though she was exhausted and hadn't had any sleep herself. She even pleased me when she had other important things to do, and then spent the night feeding babies and taking care of our 2 yr old that wakes up crying 5 or so times a night now. She really has been doing a ton lately, and has been as perfect as you can get. Wish I could give her a break, but I do as much as I can on weekends, but weekdays even on normal nights where I do help, it still isn't enough relief. She's really amazing.

That's fantastic Seoinage...Is there an oppurtunity to get a sitter and have a nice date night. Maybe plan something to surprise her with and show her this appreciation?? I try to do this to a degree at least once a month or so but it is easier since our daughter is older.

As of yesterday my wife and i are no longer sleeping together. I have the bedroom and kitchen, first floor. Her and the kids have the second floor.
But she still came home today w/18 cans of tuna and 54 eggs.
