Menstrual cycle
So, I'm not sure if there's a better place for this but my girlfriend is having horrible and irregular periods. Nothing the doctor gives her has helped and I thought maybe there might be some peptides or something along those lines that could help her. Thanks everyone.

Uhhh...no. I'm not aware of any peptides or research chems that would help with that.

Birth control might help

Agreed. That is the main reason some women take birth control.
You could always have blood work done to see what is going on with her hormone levels. My wife had very high estrogen and very low progesterone and testosterone . She uses a cream that brought things back in line and her pain and flow leveled out, although they are still irregular.
I feel like I have done some overshare, but I hope you get it sorted out.

I can't get the Mrs on here, but I'm going to pass along her experiences and advice. She has/had really bad endometriosis that also was not helped by birth control. Her gyn told her that during pregnancy, her hormones would stop the progression/growth of the endo. She has two sons and said during pregnancy and for about a year after, her pain was reduced significantly. I hate for something so permanent to seem like an option, but that's what she went through. She suggests to continue trying different birth controls until she finds one that helps. She can also look into uterine ablation. And it would be smart to have her hormone levels checked.

The man asked for some advice regarding a health issue for his GF. Jokes aside let's help him on this.

I would look into the ring. Its inserted in the vagina as birth control and you do not have a period while using it. I believe it is suppose to be changed out every 4-6 months

She's tried a few different ones but none seem to help. She also has trouble conceiving as well. I will look in to the uterine ablation but I know she wants children. Thanks for the feed back, I know it's a weird topic.

As gearbox suggested I would have her try the nuva ring. My wife had similar issues, irregular periods, heavy flow that would last for a couple weeks, and severe pain and cramping. The nuva ring was the only one that helped, but she doesn't skip any periods. She keeps it in for 3 weeks and removes it for one. She tried the whole 4 periods a year but her body rejected that idea and at the end of the second month had one that lasted about 3 weeks.
