I have been on this forum a little over a year now. Months after getting my feet wet I jumped in. I really prided myself on being one of the first to answer the ops questions if not the first. Well lately I will jump on and see threads with 10-20-30 responses , look and say ok it's covered. Wait a little while refresh the page and good, a new thread ok here we go. Click on the thread and damn 5 or more responses. And damn good responses. So I just wanted to say that this forum has become a great place. The ops are getting quick concise answers to their questions from the multiple members with knowledge and experience. This is great for them and everyone involved here. I do miss the old days a little when I could be the first to answer but to be honest the guys answering now do a better job than I did then. Maybe they are just quicker than this old man. Any way carry on fellas. Looking good.

Agree with cape. When I first started here it may take a day to get the answer you wanted which ahem worries about some weird change or side waiting took forever. Now answers to your worries taken care of in minutes. Not just great answers but solid questions to help get a fix on what you are actually asking

I've seen this board go through so many positive changes just over the past year. The level of talent here is incredible, and it's the knowledge and articulation of so many of you that keeps attracting even more new members every day!!

My personal appreciation goes out to ALL of you who take your valuable time to help shape this place, and make a difference in peoples lives!

Its a good thing that there is a large number of members with the ability to answer the questions of new members or members who lack experience in the various areas. Two years ago or so, it was daunting for a small handfull of us guys to try to answer the same questions, or similar scenarios, over and over and over again, to the point you get burnt out. I give anyone credit who can give a member advice, in the face of that member selecting which parts of the post he wants to hear, then retorting with some insolent attitude, and then to continue to try to guide that member in a safe path with regard to whatever the topic is at hand.
