Opinions.. size versus cut.. sub 10%
Obviously your body is your body and you can do what you want with it. I was curious about opinions on this video I just keep seeing it pop up in my search related results on youtube.
Whats your opinion on his look etc. My take is this. He's naturally an athletic, good looking kid. He already had those things going for him before he got serious into lifting. He looks great with his shirt off I would imagine some girls think he's a 10. Could someone tell he works out with a shirt on though other than a see through thing? I guess I am wondering, what is everyone's version of the ultimate goal. Is it to look like this kid? Look like him but with 20 more lbs of muscle? Do you guys even delve into this line of thinking or is it more of the chiseling away at the statue approach, looking at individual muscles like your delts or your biceps and thinking how can I shock and improve them?

Good physique. Some strive to be that way. There's just not enough money in the world that would make me want to remain that small, however.

I can't watch the vid right now but I know I never want to be above 200lbs.
My end goal is 190lbs at 8%, I'm 6'0 btw.
I may not even need AAS for this.

Size for the simple reason if you are not skilled enough as a fighter nor carry fire power at a specific moment in time your chances for protecting your loved ones and yourself are greatly increased if you've got size for multiple reasons... I've never seen a six pack of abs defend a family.

most gals want a guy that weighs more than they do. this guy is nicely cut but he is too skinny IMO.

He looks good for his young age and small size. Clearly defined muscle always gives the illusion of more size.
225 and ripped is a great goal for anyone.Last edited by kelkel; 11-10-2012 at 05:19 PM.

Replying to the OP in my opinion this dude knows what he's doing in the kitchen and gym. He's obviously got a reason for being this small probably endorsements in his specific sport, I just don't see how a woman can find this attractive. He's rather small. My ultimate goal is to be above 230 and at or below 5 percent bf when I compete. I'm still a long way off from coming even close to my goal lol

He'd look great with another 15-20 pounds of LBM. I think girls find his physique more ideal than others being huge but then again girls don't know exactly what they want. I would never want to go back to being that small, I've worked too hard to not be.
Great role model though! I would much rather have guys my age look up to him than that Zyzz ****er

Not for me, I would much rather be 250 @ 15% than 200 @ 8%. But it's really up to what ones individual reasons are for working out. I want to be large and strong first and sexual appealing to the fems second. That guy goes to ALOT of work to look like an average skinny guy with a shirt on but Im sure it pays off for him when he's at the beach.

Lol how do you know what he does in his spare time? This is just a two minute video of him posing. If Zyzz did that for two minutes without all the trolling and going to festivals etc people would be in awe of his physique. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Aziz had a great physique, but nothing to die for. I've always thought that for those fitness model looks the ectomorph body types are easily the best.

Lol, I've read quite a bit about Marc Fitt. He seems like a level-headed guy and is definitely going somewhere in the fitness world. He has a beautiful girlfriend he's been with a long time and last time I checked he had millions of video views on YT and 60k likes on his FB page.
Anyways, Zyzz had an alright physique. His transformation is very motivating to some but his persona which you pointed out, i.e. trolling, narcissism, abusing drugs, dying at an early age, etc. is what makes me dislike him. I personally think there are much better individuals for people our age to aspire to. If he was a down to earth guy like Greg Plitt I'd have no problem liking him!Last edited by Shsm; 11-10-2012 at 08:37 PM.

Your probably right. I don't know much about Mar Fitt (is his last name actually Fitt lol), but I'm, definitely admiring his physique. Looks in great shape, looks healthy, great balance and proportion and symmetry. Your right in some ways about Zyzz as well. His legs, in particular his calves, were pretty oddly shaped, which is why you only ever see upper body shots of him lol. I guess hardly anyone has perfect genetics, but still, he was clearly embarassed about his calves haha. And he said he never did cardio or ab training, so I don't know if that's true or if Trenbolone etc can bring out your abs even without ab work? Some people just live their lives differently, he just didn't know how to balance his life. Bit of a shame, but I can't lie he did achieve a lot more than what most of us have in only twenty two years of his life.
Yes man! Greg Plitt is a monster! Great motivation for me. I will say this though - the only reason I've been inspired by Zyzz is because I'm the exact same height as him and the exact same body type as him. And I can relate to him when he says he got bagged on in school for being skinny, happened to me a few times even though it was just jokes, still hurt.

Kind of going on a different tangent but I don't feel like starting a new thread; everything this kid says is so true:
