    Lower back pain

    I'm in agony!!!!!
    My lower back is killing me
    Does anyone else suffer with this I've a feeling it's the ph's but not sure
    Help!!!

    WQhere ya at Mick??? lol

    Take some OTC anti inflams like Ibuprofen or Motrin and apply ice on and off 20 min at a time. No heat! Stretch your hammies well too!

    What orals? AAS or PH?

    Taurine and hydration will help as well.

    Some guys here will suggest 6mgs. I find relief at 4mg. Up it gradually and see where relief begins. Motrin/ibuprofen as Lunk suggested will help.
