Need help to complete my extreme cycle, a safe way.
I am 6ī2 & 191lbs & 40yr old male. This is my first cycle.
I know i will get a lots of people saying to me donīt do this, wait a few years. lift more before you do this. dont do trenbolone enanthate your first cycle. I am not looking for that answers at all, because i give a shit and i am going to do this anyway. With or without your help.
I am a tough guy, i can handle the bi. I will not cry for a little pain. But donīt get me wrong i will not die, thats why i am asking for your help.
M past have been many years of drug abuse, the lifting are helping me not to get back to that.
In the end for 12 weeks ago i was injecting 1.5g of crystal meth. Nobody believes it, but a couple of friends of me took 0.1g and fall to the ground. Enough of that shit talk. I am saying it because i wonder if i need extreme doses of steroid as well since i was doing that when i was doing meth.
I am 4 weeks and 2 days out in the cycle. I have been doing 400mg trenbolone enanthate a week, and i mixed 2ml of sustanon 250 in it. My trenbolone enanthate 200mg/ml 10ml vial is empty. I am not happy with the results. Everybody says i would get extreme results. Ok, i have been stronger, but i have not got as big as i thought i would be. I was 176lbs, and i am now 191lbs.
I am going to Thailand in 2 days, so my next injections will be there. I am going to stay there for 3months, then i will stop my first cycle. I have order
Tren -E Trenbolone enanthate 200mg/ml 10ml vial.
Testoviron Depot Testosterone enanthate 250mgx1ML*20amp.
I can get whatever i want in Thailand so feel free to tell me what i should do the next 3month.
My plan was to do injections every 3īth or 4īth day with 300-400mg trenbolone and 750-1000mg testosterone each injection. Can i do more? That will be 600-800mg tren, and 1500-2000mg testo a week.
My liver is fine for now.
And if this goes fine after a few weeks, maybe i should throw in some deca , equipoise and some winstrol ? Extreme doses on all of it.
Or maybe some igf-1 or HGH. I believe i canīt continue the trenbolone for 3 more months.
After this 3 months i am going to have a good PCT, and i am willing to check my liver every months.
Please help me, i donīt wanna die.....

Aside from being strange, this really isn't the section for this. You really didn't lay out how you cycled, an ai, or a pct, instead gave more than enough unrelated info. 15 lb gain, if lbm, sounds good to me. It's not a miracle drug, and extreme doses, especially for first time, is not necessary.
It looks like you need to do research.
Edit: after really looking at the doses you mentioned at the end, it's for sure you need to do research. You clearly haven't.

You will find no help here for what you are trying to do. You said you will do this with or without our help. So why bother posting? You apparently have done little research, you are not in a place where you should be taking steroids .

I don't really know how to help you based on what you've already said but I'll go ahead and give it a shot...
If you're 4 weeks into a cycle already of Tren E then you shouldn't push it anymore than another 10 weeks...and honestly even that is extreme. Keep dosing at the levels you are, don't increase it. Look into HCG , Nolva, Clomid, and Caber....you should purchase all of these as well as Armidex. More importantly, you should read about all of these drugs and learn what they are for and how they work...
FYI, the dosages you were suggesting moving up to are ridiculous even for the professional bodybuilders with 10 years lifting/cycling experience and an additional 100 pounds of lean body mass... 800mg tren, 2g test, deca , EQ, and winny?

Not the answers i was looking for. I am happy with Perseverance1īs answer.
I donīt need caber, isnīt that for not getting tren dick? I am not getting that anyway.
And if i am what the heck. Mine work to much anyway.
And i am agree in donīt doing trenbolone more that 10 weeks, maybe i push it for 12.
But thats it. And then i will go over for anything else.
I am just afraid for gyno, and bitch tits. But that should not be a tissue here, right?
I know a lot about trenbolone, have done a lot of research.
But some say it would kick in after 3 weeks some say 5 weeks. But mostly 3-4 weeks. And i am now in 4 weeks and 2 days. Have been training heavily every day(bulking).
And i have no problems in putting on 30lbs in 2-3months without steroid . But then i would get fat.
And with steroids i should be putting on more weight, right?
And i have been seen a lot of youtube movies and read a lot. the more steroid you take the bigger gains. So you are all saying that is a lie?

I am not stupid. I know this is dangerous. I am very educated. Beleive it or not.
I am trying to get help with my dosages, if i donīt get any help then i have to help my selves.
I just wanted you to say that i should not do more than 1000mg testo a week, instead of 2000mg like i said. and i wanted you to say, donīt do more than 600mg trenbolone a week because its a waste of money.
That would be a more answer i wanted to hear.
So i answer my own question, i go for trenbolone 600mg a week, and 1000mg testo a week.
I will come back to you and tell you how its going.
Why should i not, i have heard about people taking 5-6000mg a week, so why is 1600mg a week to much for me?

Congrats on your sobriety. But please no more recreational drug talk because it's against the rules.
Now, i can tell you have done some research on AAS as your injection protocol is pretty close to what i'd do. Reality is this, a person can take all the AAS they want. 2gms of test w/1.5gm of tren and throw some winny in at the end if they want, but growth will not occur without proper nutrition. This goes for the amatuer all the way up to the pro. And you have not mentioned your diet or training routine for us yet.
You have made decent gains already and not really sure what you're after. You will not turn into Ronnie Coleman ever. Not for the rest of your life no matter what you do. You have to be realistic w/your goals. And right now you're not being realistic.
Now, can you post up your diet(in detail, i want everything) and training routine? Give us that in detail as well including off days.

Wieeeerrrrddd. Strange and I must be tripping from the L-Tryptophan cousing through my veins. If you insist on Tren , why not use Tren A? That way, if sides become too unbearable, you can just stop and keep your test going. You are running test too I imagine?

I know i should do a proper nutrition, but to now i am eating all i want. And i am eating like a horse. I am eating 4-5 times a day 4-8 slices of bread every meal + a big dinner.
And almost every night i eat 1 or 2 times 6-8 slices of bread each meal. That would be 30-40 slices of bread every 24 hour.
I should probably throw in some proteins as well? how much?(will i get fat if i eat to much proteins?)
I started to train 2 split basis. 2 days on and 1 da off. After 1 week i started to train every day. Or 6 days on and 1 day off. But i try to train every day.
day 1: chest, shoulder, tricep. (1.5h)
day 2: legs, back, bicep. (1.5h)
day 3: same as day 1.
day 4: same as day 2.
day 5: same as day 1.
day 6: same as day 2.
day 7: off if i am tired, or same as day 1.
And so on. I take 1 day off when i am tired. I hope i will never get tired.
Some times i feel i got the power, and i do chest, shoulder, tricep, 10 min break and legs, back and bicep, the same day. 2-2.5 hour.
I have read what MickeyKnox have written about "All About Trenbolone ", i know he says that 400mg is enough, with 100mg testosterone .
And why i donīt use trenbolone acetate instead of enanthate is because i donīt wanīt to inject so often. I can handle the sides.
Only sides i have is sweatting. I have put in 500mg sustanon 250 in my trenbolone vial.
And i will follow your advice, i will continue with 400mg a week, and i will add 500mg of testosterone and see for a couple of weeks.
I know you guys know what you are talking about.
But everybody tells me that i wil grow extreme, but where is the extreme? I am now 195lbs. My goal is not to be Ronnie Coleman. My goal is to be 265lbs,
but not in 1 cycle.

I can see you are a member with a lots of posts, so i beleive you know what you are talking about.
You say that everything i am doing is wrong.

I got a personal trainer to write out my training schedule, is that wrong to?
And i had a couple of years with drug abuse because of all the problem i got from after my wife throw me out of the house after 16years.
I was clean for 16years. And i know i am never doing that shit again. It was a couple of hard years because of that bitch.
But can you be more spesific about what i am doing wrong?
I know i shouldnīt do trenbolone my first cycle, but this is going very well. So you are wrong. Some people can handle it.
And i am almost 5 weeks into my cycle, and i am not going to stop now in the middle of it.

your cycle isnt good.
your diet is one of the worst ive seen
The tren barely kicked in. And you have no idea what it does to the other things in your body and other hormones and your taking nothing to help that.
So just because you think its going fine doesnt mean your body is fine.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Man I could not resist to chime in on this F'ed up thread! I actually got up put my phone down took care of some things and this was still on my mind! Lol
As u cab tell I am new to this group and I had to learn some things the hard way. If I offended a senior member I would find where "I" went wrong. Bro, I can respect your change I'm lifestyle from drugs to the gym. BUT man this is for those that have put in the hard work and have sought the advise of others who have been where we are. If your looking to get empathy, sympathy take yourself to an AA/NA Meeting. Damn!

Oh and btw. I used to do the 6-7. Day a week work out thing. BUT. that is what I used to do/think. More has to be better. That in no way shape or form is right.
The body needs rest bro! It is a process not an over night deal. And with your addictive behaviors I'm sure you want results now. It again does not work like that! Patience and moderation bro!

Ok, Im a rookie but this whole thing looks like a f'n mess! If you were firing anything NEAR 1.5g of speed 3 months ago you would be lucky to come UP to skinny, and started with Tren ? please. Theres no way in hell you could have any good nutrition. "I eat a loaf of bread a day, think I should add protien?" and you gained 16lbs of LBM?, nope. TROLL
