The incident shown in the video was indeed entirely staged and scripted. “Rachel”, the young prank victim featured in the film, was played by Cindy Vela, a US based actress and model. It was a video depicting a male with a mask hiding in a female's house to prank a girl as another female is recording the video from an out of sight position. The oblivious female enters her house talking on the phone and stops by the countertops to unload her groceries which leads to the man being directly behind her. As she gets off the phone she turns around and notices the man, which leads to them both screaming at eachother simultaneously, with the man's intention of scaring her. She turns around and runs out of her door into her front yard and on to the road without looking both ways only to be ran over and killed by a sedan that tries to slam on the breaks prior to hitting her. As she is hit, the female recording the video shrieks out "RACHEL!" and runs over to her while recording with the camera in hand only to discover the female is dead with blood all over her. The video cuts out and is followed by a black screen with white bolded words saying "Don't prank your friends."
