    PCT not going good. Fack.

    Just gotta rant a bit, got a stomach bug 1 week into PCT, couldn't eat for 2 days and now got a nasty cold for the past 3 days. Can't train.

    Eating as much fish as possible, 4g of vitamin C a day, 100mg zinc and drinking lotsa water. Gotta take those goddamned Tylenol Cold & Flu.

    Add that to the shit feeling of clomid induced emotional distress, this f*cking blows.

    I feel like I'm gonna lose everything I gained on the last cycle.

    Anyone's got some sorcery up their sleeves to fix a cold fast? I gotta get back on track before I lose everything.

    Warm up some Jack Daniel's on a stove. Drink. That's about it and worse case you'll sleep better.

    I hear you and feel your pain. I had a stomach bug/flu almost 2 weeks ago thanks to a co worker bringing it back from Florida trip and then have just felt like sh*t the last 2 weeks off and on. Headaches, acid reflux, gas... not sleeping good etc. I'm just pushing through it myself.

    For stomach issues the best cure I have found is some good pro biotic and for QUICK relief a tbs of Glutamine, backing soda and juice. My FAST cure for a SORE throat is gargle with cyan pepper. Sounds gross but it's not at all. Best part is it works instantly. I had a BAD sore throat like strep and had been trying everything for days. Finally I decided to try the cyan pepper and OMG I was sold.
