    Damn..just damn..

Okay so i need to tell this somewhere and ask for advice(atleast i'll feel better).
I'm 18 living in a crappy country with low payments(it's true, not just my case, but the average payment here is like 250 euro), while food prices are extremely high atm , which kinda hits me in the head every day when i think about it, i train constantly for like 2 years and a half, researched about nutrition a lot in that time , i know how my food plan should look but my parents and me are not able to afford it and that kinda makes me feel sad about myself that even if i put all my effort and dedication i won't be able to pull out good results, for me going to gym became more than just a life style it became a part of me, when i started i was 190 cm , 105 kg , 30% bf, and even with not having a perfect nutrition i struggled and reached 100 kg and 18% bf atm( i guess it's not bad, but it could have been a lot better),there were weeks or even months when i was eating crap because we didn't have money, and when i sit and think about it i feel like my potential will go away, i will miss my best years for training when my natty test is high..in one moment of despair i thought about cycling(i guess it would just make me feel better lol) and then i backed off from that thought 'cause i knew i was too young and even more important i couldn't afford the food to keep the gains or pull out the most from that cycle. I'm studying hard in order to go to some better place where i could at least live normally. I kinda feel better when i wrote this..anyway does any1 have some suggestions on how i could solve these problems?

Keep training. Keep working on diet. Continue in school and education to get a good job so you can afford better food, better living condition and helping your family.

You are only 18. You have a LONG time ahead of you although I'm sure it all seems urgent right now and as if there is no time. Look for opportunities to make money. Even in low income areas there are opportunities all around you just have to learn how to see them and how to avoid the people who see you as a financial opportunity and want to scam/steal from you.

^^^ great advice what both these guys said. Dream big and don't give up on your dreams!!! Don't look back with any regrets on your situation. Get yourself an education, apply yourself to studies and work your butt off. The payoff will take some time but will come. Wish u the best and much success!!!

Best years are your 20s IMO, just do your best as far as diet and nutrition and study hard to get out of wherever you live.

    that's good to hear!

you may want to look into a trade or an apprenticeship. it is prob cheaper than post-education and it will be easier to find a job that pays well

    keep ya head up

    when i was 18, i was a mess!
