Somebody Help!
Ok, this isn't that serious, but I've went off the deep end. Took the plunge and ate fast food and been on a downward slope since. Been about a week now and I catch myself eating garbage, something I haven't done in a few months. And barely hitting the gym, when I was going 5+ days a week. I guess it's just a lack of motivation, but it sucks haha

Skipping good meals at times are not bad if you don't make it a habbit. I'd stay away from the fast food...

Red Hulk no worries. Like everyone has said get back on track and realize your mistakes and learn from them. Remember how you feel when you eat crap, I know I feel bad when I do. Good luck

OK, Gents, I say we give him the benefit of the doubt & allow him to support his claim.............we could be wrong.........
pleasehalp, I, as well as everyone else here I'm sure, would absolutely love to see you prove decades upon decades of facts & scientific evidence that eating greasy, saturated fat / trans fat, leads to obesity, wrong............. We would love to see you provide undisputed, FACTUAL evidence that proves you right & the rest of the world wrong...........
We're waiting................

Ill give you the best advice someone has ever given me, now ill past it onto you. Read and read carefully, absorb it and take it with you where ever you go.
Nothing will ever be perfect, and you will have bad days. You may miss a scheduled training session, and you most certainly will have days where you eat some junk food. Don’t view these instances as the end of the world. If you miss a workout or end up eating too much junk, accept it and move on right away.
Don’t dwell on it or be riddled with guilt. That does absolutely no good and doesn’t change a thing. Hope is wishing something would happen. Faith is believing something will happen courage is making something happen.

grr now i feel like mcdonalds lol, it's been 10 months since ive had any fast food lol, idk if i could go there just once a year type thing.... its either ED/EOD or not at all...
oh this one time (6-7 years ago) me and a bunch of my friends went to mcdonalds and got my mate a double quarter pounder with 15 extra patties...lol, it came inside 2 happy meal boxes, we went outside and started putting fries and nuggets on top lol, then he picked it up turned it on it's side and squeezed gently, and all this oil came pouring out eww. he started eating, got through about 10-12 patties and then stopped.... ahh fun times..
we did have it on video, but that's long gone now...

I recently just came back from living in a little country town population 150.
No fast food, no junk. There was a little fast food outlet on the corner thats about it, if there was a proper gym there, gains would be outstanding, cause the nearest fast food outlet is 2 hours away lol.
