I can't believe it...2013 right about the corner,

With 2013 coming up....What would you wish for?

I would have to say id wish that in 2013, no money troubles and good health for me, friends and family!

Also...hope that my mother feels better (she's getting up there...and its been tough the last 6 mths).

Im with you on family health and safety. I wish my wife would stop smoking and start and STICK with diet and exercise, I want her healthy and to be around in 30yrs, besides all the aesthetics which are just a bonus.

My wish would definitely be health for my family. Especially my wife. She is healthy but hope she stays that way! She hurt her back (no clue how) and was in.serious pain for a few days. Turned out to be spasms. She is fine now. But when she was hurting I would of given anything to take her pain away and give it to me.
So I change my wish to any pain my wife may feel I want it.transfered into me!

Hopefully its not serious. Back spasm are more than likely related to stress. Best thing....is stretching.

To keep my job is the main thing the way things are at the moment looks like it could go tits up, and to continue on the path I am on with weight training and progress to the body shape I wanted.

Also, all my friends that are over seas with work will come home hopefully whenever the economy kicks back into life.

Thanks man. I do not think she is stressed at all but maybe. She doesn't stretch like she use too. My best man is a chiro and she gave her some tips and did muscle treatment.

The only thing I could wish for in 2013 aside from the usual health and money is that my GF and I will finally have a kid. I mean, I pretty much have everything I could ever want (it doesn't take much to keep me happy).

2013

1. Priorities myself alot more career work comes first, than gym socializing have fun etc comes second.
1. Happiness/positiveness
2. A secure job (If it pays well im for ever grateful)
3. Learn to say yes to majority of things i have said no to. I need to get out more explore, and stop just living and live my life to the max!
4. Expand friendships with more ppl i meet, instead of just having the old 5 min usual convo.

I can relate to that. Had back surgery in 2005 and 2007. L3, L4 and L5/S1. Been living on hydrocodone, morphine and anti inflamatories since 2007 full time up to 2 months ago. Look into TB-500. No the pain/discomfort is not gone 100% but it's good enough I have not even though about pain pills.

I had surgery on mine. Weight lifting is the only thing I've found to give actual relief of the pain.
