I don't have any remedies for you but tennis elbow is always better than golf balls!

Rest is generally the best doctrine, but if you're like most of us, that's unlikely to happen. I've had some success with MSM with reducing myalgia and arthralgia. Times Roman has a great thread on TB500 and its benefits for epicondylitis and related maladies.

ive been dealing with medial epicondylitis for a few months. i limit pull ups and dont do curls at all and am able to still lift like normal for everything else. i use a strap on the left arm/hand (for pulling exercises) it helps. of course if u have tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) i dont know if it will be the same.

Op- can you get by if you
Ice before exercise and after and then again before bed.
I would take some ibuprofen before I wk out.
I was a Racquetball player for many years at a high level and had serious issues with tennis elbow. Very close to surgery but decided to stop playing as a result.
Ice actually did wonders but I was often icing 4-6 times a day.
    Ice
    Brace
Unless you want to take a year off or have surgery

all good advice. Ice & compression band seems to work best and of course if that doesn't help rest.

Of course you can always switch hand.

I saw an orthodox surgeon for mine and said he could try a cortisone shot but then recommended I not lift for 4-6 weeks after the shot
