Cell Phone Debacle. Dont know what to get.

Iam finally able to update my ancient cell phone and need some help on what to get. I have never had a smart phone or internet on my phone period. Never needed it. Still dont. I am just going to make the jump since that is what they are all going too, and the basic phones are aweful. So with this being said, here is the phones I am considering:

    Droid Razr HD
    Iphone 5
    Galazy SIII
Windows phone(not sure on this one)

I am looking for ease of use, battery life, toughness(I am in construction), good speakers and takes great pictures and videos. I cant decide for the life of me. I really lie the Razr HD, but I also like the Galaxy S III. Alot of people are teling me to go with the I Phone, but I dont want to just go with the flow, as I have an Ipod Touch already. Any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks alot!

Haha...I was going to say that too lol.

Galaxy S3...don't fall for Apple hyp. Only if you are already full Apple (ipod, ipad, mac) is it worth it!

I use my cell phone more for internet access than i do my laptop as i prefer to keep my personal life private and not use work computer for my personal surfing. I say go with the largest screen possible. I just upgraded from droid to ip5 and love it....although the screen is slimmer. what ever you end up with will be a step up from your ancient cell phone and u will LUV it!!!!

I'm still a Blackberry geek. Someone told me the keyboard is going to non existent before long. Too bad. I bought my wife a touch screen phone(forget the name. verizon though.) and that thing sucks. Screen is way too sensitive. Even for my wife.

I have a gz one, drop proof to a meter in a half and very water resistant. Easy to use and takes pretty good pictures. I had the old model(they just got a smart phone version) and it lasted forever! Just a thought.

Thanks guys. Still up in the air with all the different opinions. Mickey, youre not the last one with a flip . Gixxer, the navigation, in my opinion is the best feature I can think of, as I know I will use it alot. That S3 looks amazing, the Razr HD has a long battery life, and the I Phone is an I phone (everyone wants it). I will probably love the internet access once I get it, I just dont have a use for it at the time, as I dont even answer my phone half of the time. I dont want to beon of those guys who is aloways on his phone browsin and such while eating dinner and movies and such. From this thread, it seems like everyone likes the Apple or the G3, which is a good thing for the decision. It makes me feel like there is no better phone over one other than personal preference. I still like the looks and battery life of the Razr HD, but the pictures it takes are supposedly subpar.

The wife has the iPhone 5 and it works great and the battery life is excellent. The screen is to small for me.

I have the Galaxy SIII. Battery sucks but I bought 3 extra with charger for $20. iPhone you cant change. The screen is excellent. Both phones work almost identical. No issues with either.

Thanks for that. So the S3 and the I Phone both seem to be each others biggest competition, from this thread. Is the Razr HD just not in the same class as these 2? Consumer reports has the Razr HD as verizons top phone of 2012. Didnt know if that was more of a sales gimmick or truth.
