Need help its 3 days on 1 day off, repeat
Which split should i choose or can you come up with a better one need advise ?
Here's what I've come up with :
Its a 3 day split
What I'm thinking.
chest/tris
Shoulders/legs.
Back/bis.
Rest
Repeat
Chest/tris/bis
Legs
Back/shoulders
Rest
Repeat

Why not do shouldes and chest in the same workout, then arms in a separate day.

I do shoulders on my legs days but I always start my week with my biggest lifts.
Legs - shoulders
Cardio
Chest - tris
Cardio
Back - bis
Cardio
Rest or cardio
