I'm natural and don't take steroids but it seems everybody that has a big physique and is really muscular is one something.
Post a physique that is natural of a bodybuilder I can look up to as to know how big I can get naturally please (:

Got to agree there are better places to ask this question than a largely based steroid forum.....

Who knows really so many people claim natty, the only person that knows for sure is themselves, don't worry about what anyone else looks like, be the best you can be, be your own inspiration...

Go to my profile pics and take a look. There are some pics from my first show. I weighed in at 192. It's not huge but it's all natural. I'm currently 230 and still natural.

Well i have been in the weight room since i was in the 6th grade. our coaches started us out early so they could mold us to the football players they wanted by the time we hit high school. At that time I had been consistently working out on my own for few years. I didn't start gearing my workouts for bodybuilding until August of 2010. That show was in July of 2011. I did a lot of adjusting on my routine and diet to figure out what was best for me.

Thanks. 6ft 192lbs in the black and white ones. The color one I think I was around 200-205. The last one is 230
