Active Release Techniques
So I go to the chiropractor for my neck and back. Works great and I go every 3-4 weeks.
Now when I was in there last time I inquired about a massage as well. They said their brochure was the website. I visit the site and learn that my chiropractor is also trained in 'ART'. Now I have been trying to get my shoulder better for a long time and ART says it can help rotator cuff injuries. Has anyone ever used this or know more about it?

Yea, I did this once, but it wasn't at a chiropractors office.... there were a bunch of Asian women involved and the place was in Atlanta. I knew it would be interesting when the sign said Jaguzzi Spa..... It was "Active Release" for sure.... but I don't think its gonna help your rotator cuff.

I did about 2 months worth of ART before my rotator cuff surgery. I think it would have helped a lot more if my shoulder wasn't as bad as it was. Even the guy who did the ART said I needed surgery but it did help.
I have been thinking about having more done for pt but im doing massage right now.
If your injury is not severe I think it can help a lot.
