    MSM article

    Was thinking about trying this for sore knees. I always do lots of research and came across this :

    that's fine DSM. it's been used on retired race horses out to pasture for years. there is no doubt by the vets that administer it that it works. then you have blokes like me that have been using it for 15 years, and will use it the rest of my life.

    it works.

    period.

    I've seen so many articles praising it I'll be picking some up for sure, hyualoric acid is supposed to compliment it really well.

    give it at least 30 days before you will notice anything. then for me, one day, I just realized that my knees werre not bothering anymore.

    it's a very subtle thing
