you are crazy... I tried to stay as close to fight weight as possible. When I started I was fighting @ 170 and was only walking around in the 178-180 range. After a shoulder injury, my trainer suggested I cycle to get back in the game quicker. Too bad I knew nothing about AAS at that point, He gave me T500 and I took to it too well. Fought at 185 from then on. Still only sat max 10lb over.

Genetics I'm a little guy genetically (150 lber all through high school) and I have a small frame. So... 10 lbs of muscle on me looks like a lot, lol. I actually only fought 5 pro fights, 4-1 now. My knee is fvcked though so the chances of me fighting again are pretty slim. Right now I'm just focused on bulking for this contest while I wait to have knee surgery.

Don't know if I can recover beyond basic mobility. My knee buckles under my own body weight if I don't wear a brace. We'll see what rehab does.
Yep... I'm doing a bulking routine for the first time in about 5 years. Then I'll add in my first cycle while bulking... and then do my traditional pre-fight cut routine for 2 straight weeks. That should give me some results that are rather noticable

Leave the fighting to the young ones... these 17 year old kids have way too much skill compared to even 5 years ago.

I know right. I have to get punched in the face a few times to even get serious. These young guys come in with all kinds of fancy shit. I knocked out this one 22 year old one time with one punch. He hit the mat and his eyes were stuck open and he was out cold. Now that was some scary shit... thought I killed the dude, lol.

I definitely wont be that lean, but I will take my mass to an entire new level... no more playing around
I need to bring legs up for better proportion... I never built overly big legs as I hated carrying the added weight in the ring and they made much more painful targets with a slab of meat sitting there. I have a lot of inner scar tissue above the left knee to the outer part from abuse, but Im sure I will work it out somehow... would love to get back under 10%, but I dont think I will have enough time over 12 weeks with my first goal.

Based on my pics from the Bulk Classic, where I had to be natural, what do you think I will benefit most from AAS wise? I've got a pretty well laid out plan, but I'd like to get some honest feedback. My BW finally came back awesome! Im still going to be bulking the entire time, but would like to keep BF to 12% or a bit less. Just name a few compounds, cycle advice can be postponed until I get 1 more round of BW in 3 weeks.

Hey WM, I'll have to go check out your photos again. But apparently there are skinny guys who are competing that are barely above a 160lbs! (I think i took a dump that size this morning) No offense fellas.
So I wouldn't worry too much if size has anything to with it. Sure it would be nice see some bulging abs - i would love that! But if anyone is thinking about packing on 30lbs of LEAN mucsle, well, they're fantasizing in 32 bit color.
Whats your height and weight again?

I'm 5'10 and 186. Im shooting fir 20lbs between now and september. Slow and steady for me. Trt and 450mgs if deca at the moment. Plan in being done with this in 5-6 weeks, then stick to trt for 3 weeks, then blast some shorts through weigh in. Planning on test p + trt, high npp or low tren , masteron if I get to less than 12% on this blast and pulse winstrol to a small degree.
