First off, you are all going to lose- Diet is in check as are workouts.
I welcome any shit talking here. I also welcome people who will motivate! Motivation and dedication are going to be KEY! Good luck to everyone else competing!!!

Gonna be trying to do a recomp, cutting as much fat as possible while keeping or building any muscle I can.
Going to try and eat about 2000 calories per day with 60p/20f/20c macro breakout.
Workouts are as follows:
Monday:
5a fasted cardio and chest/tris and abs
5p CrossFit
Tuesday
5a fasted cardio and biceps
5p Crossfit
Wednesday
5a fasted cardio with back and abs
5p CrossFit
Thursday
5a fasted cardio and shoulders
5p- Light Crossfit Day
Friday
5a fasted cardio with Legs and abs
5p Crossfit
Saturday
8a- Crossfit then more cardio
Sunday
rest... maybe cardio or abs

Damn, there is a lot of cardio on there. I got ice packs and tiger balm ready for my shins/legs/all muscles!
So I pretty much just stuffed my face yesterday full of burritos and mexican food, totally worth it! Can't wait to kick this off tomorrow with a bright and early run.
Thanks for the well wishes and motivation people! I will try and update this a few times per week while going through this comp. I am definitely excited about this because I finally have some people to compete with! That is extra motivation right there to eat clean and train hard!!

5a- fasted cardio, 45min.
6a - 1 whole egg and 6 egg whites
15 grain bread with tablespoon of natty crunchy PB
11:30a- 10oz chicken, .5 cup whole grain rice, sriracha!

Day2
Fasted cardio 5am- sore as hell from crossfit last night
Biceps-
Dumbell Curl
Hammercurl
Seated dumbell curl
Preacher curl
one arm dumbell preacher until failure
Breakfast was 1 whole egg, 6 egg whites
Snack- 1 slice whole wheat bread 1tbsp of PB
Lunch- 10oz boneless skinless chicken breast and 1 cup whole wheat rice.
Snack- Can of tuna plain

Fun Crossfit tonight....
Run .3 miles around building
30 wall balls w/ 30 lb medicine ball
30 burpees w/ hand release push ups then jumping up 6"
Run .3 miles
50 full body crunches
100 full range jumping jacks
Run .3 miles
50 kettlebell swings (American) 40lbs
Run .3 miles
Then had to repeat the list minus the running all within 30min.
I almost made it, didn't do the last round of Kettlebells. Now I'm eating pound of ground chicken and going to sleep.

Well, I did not wake up to go run this morning, slept in a bit, which was awesome.
Wasnt too hungry this morning so had 1/2 an english muffin with some natty chunky PB and sugar free blackberry jam.
For lunch I am having a 1/2lb of ground turkey mixed in with kidney beans, cucumber, onion and spinach with some brown rice.

There is some logging going on here! I know it has been some time, but that is my problem when i try to keep up with it... Excuses, i know.
So I have been sticking to the diet, but recently I have had the worst god damn shin/calf pain ever in my life. When I try to run I make it about 1/4 of a mile and my calves just give out.
I have been sticking to the diet and all is well on that front and I am noticing my strength is going up and up and up!

Thats the weird thing. I have not changed shoes or running surface. I usually run in the morning and will switch it up between trail/road/treadmill. I was run in some New Balance Minimus shoes, which have absolutely no padding whatsoever. Everything has been fine with those since I got those shoes about 2-3 months ago. But then 3 weeks ago my calves start to ****ing BURN every time I run.... It is putting a major damper on cutting up.
