Might skip today, shoulder is feeling the abuse from the last week of training. Maybe just hit some squats and a hour long cardio.

Yea..............I would just skip today bro...............no since pushing that shoulder............might wanna consider taking the rest of week,just to make sure!!

Shoulder session was awesome.
Shoulder dumbbell press 70x12, 75x10, 80x6, 80x6.
Bent over side laterals and standing side laterals.
25min cardio

Today was deadlift day! Hit 225x12, 315x10 then I had to switch grip. Last two sets were 315x6 reverse grip. Not as heavy as most guys on here but it's progress none the less.
45min cardio at 140bpm
