    i will be making use of this! enjoy!

    the oblique part i especially like and have already incorporated into my routine but havent been able to use the straps yet so i just put my feet on a bench in the same position..

    I do the P90X Ab Ripper X DVD 3 times a week.

    15 mins of hell. But it is a great core and ab routine.

    That's pretty cool.

    And when you start developing some slick abs at home with this, you can always go to the park and do this...and pick up chicks..lol

    dude u never stop improving! that was then, this is now! and id also like to note these new movements are just "additions" to an already good routine..
