I was a smoker (2 packs a day) and quit that about 3 years ago, and started chewing Grizzly Wintergreen pouches. I quit that about 2 months ago. Now I'm nicotine free.

That's a big part of the reason I decided to quit.

I do. It's terrible and I hate that I do. I have really been working on quitting. I was at a can a day sometimes more but now I'm about a can everyday and a half sometimes 2 days.

I do take my health very seriously and I hope to have kicked this habit In a few months cause I'm working on my personal training certification and it dosent look good rolling up to the gym with a big dip in

Just quit. Throw your can away and don't buy anymore. It sucks, but it'll happen a lot faster and easier than trying to ween yourself off.

If you guys doing a quick google image of what that chew does to your gym you might reconsider using it.
