Still in of course.
Hate cardio but it's about time to start...
On target more or less. Havent made as many gains as I had hopped but we are only 1/2 way through.
I have been wearing my shoulder support and just ordered a new/larger one. It's helping me sleep and and I'm going to start wearing it for training.

Im still in it! Last 2 weeks have been a pain but getting back to it full pelt starting cardio now

Most people are lurking in the shadows, lots of logs not touched. I'm counting on them all putting up at the end, it's not worth the losing face to not do that.
