Will Power
well since my broken ribs it has been about 4 months and a 15lb muscle loss since i have been able to lift hardcore.
so i am determined to get back in shape.
i wanted to see how strong i was
so mon i went and bought a pint of my fav ice cream (chunky munky) and put it in the freezer to see if i could hold out.
well its fri and that fucker is still there and it will be till sun for my cheat meal.
on sun i am gonna get up go due cardio then come home smoke a fatty and eat my well deserved pint of ice cream.
and if i am really strong i will throw it out and go buy an ice cream sandwich. lol

good to hear you have that kind of will power...I sure have trouble, especially when a fatty is involved.

Get fat free frozen yogurt instead, then you can throw a scoop in the blender with half a carton of egg white, skim milk, 1/4 banana and 1 scoop protein powder.
Killer protein and it tastes amazing.

BTW I do not have a single bag of cookies, tub of ice cream or even bag of candy in my house... my willpower just ain't that strong

hey red i am gonna try that recipe sounds good.
yeah i have shitty genetics so that is all i got is will power.
all my progress is made through diet and hardwork.
if i had the genetics and my will i would prob be in a bb mag. maybe

My willpower is shit late at night...during the day I can handle resisting the strongest of desires. But waking up at 3am?? Damnit if I don't FIND some tiny little crumb of crap-food in the kitchen I THOUGHT I had cleaned out.
Early this morning I awoke and SOMEHOW found a damn breakfast granola bar (one of the ones with the sweet filling).... I have no idea where the hell it came from...was buried in my pantry. I'm such a sissy.

for real. i was in the seven eleven this morning getting water and when i walked past the candy i'll i could swear the snicker bars were talking to me. damn this is week 6 i wonder how bad i will be tripping at week 12

During the day I can resist just about anything... but around 10pm at home... woah! watch out! Anything sweet will do. I get killer cravings.
Best way to not cheat is to not have any sweets in the house
