Idiotic self proclaimed worlds strongest man??
A few years ago I read on here about a guy who is the self proclaimed worlds strongest man. He claims outrageous numbers on his lifts such as that he does tricep extensions with 200lbs. Hes a super fat lard also but claims that if he chose to compete he could probably walk into in powerlifting or strongman event and win. Does anyone know who I am talking about?

no mark henry is legit. Hes a very decorated powerlifter and the winner of the first ever Arnold Strongman at the Arnold Expo. This guy has never ever competed in anything and is like 6'1" and 450lbs or so. Ive read his Wikipedia once and ive was trying to tell someone about him today but I cant for the life of me remember his name

Well thanks for the welcome! Nah this guy wasnt a member. Its driving me nuts not remembering. He has like his own website and wikipedia etc....he claims like a raw 700bench and 200 dumbell curls and 200lb overhead extensions. Bosts that he can beat any pro strogman any day but hes never competed in anything ever. Hes got like 26" arms but hes also like 45%bf and 150+lbs over weight. Its driving me nuts that I cant remember his name

LOL The messed up thing is that there are a lot of guys around here are built like this guy and think they are super strong. Moving 415lbs for most people is impressive. However, when you weigh almost as what you are lifting and barely have to move the weight in order to get it to touch your belly it isn't impressive.
