    It was a joke, lighten up. No, my programming is very limited to PIC chip programming, simple applications.

    Most hosts will set that up for you. I use godaddy and even though I develop web pages/apps (the line is getting blurrier all the time) I would probably use the host services because they will set it all up for you with payment processing and all the things running behind the scenes. All you have to do from.there is update the products etc. these tools and services are intended for non-developers so they are straightforward to anyone. It would cost a lot of money to have someone else do the shell and underlying server side framework.
