    Been gone - saying "hey"

    Hey everyone. I have been absent but finally getting my head back in the game. Nothing bad happened - personal and professional life just got busy at the same time. Plus, my shoulders and elbows needed some time off so I have been sluffing for months.

    I have fifteen pounds of fat to lose. Started that this week. Getting back into everything slowly.

    I have checked in now and then and noticed two things:

    The Bear is banned? Was that temporary?

    SlfMade is back?

    I will catch up on everything else as I catch up on my reading!

    Yes, a lot has changed and a number of members have left. I was off for two months from the board. Still hitting it in the gym but I took a break from the board.

    It is nice to be back. Personal and professional life just got packed, I was dealing with some injuries and just kind of dropped out of the lifestyle for a sort period. The food was delicious but now I am carrying it around with me. Time to get my shit together.

    We can discuss cars then so F1 is great this season. I know what it's like to fall off the wagon man, been there done that kinda, never really stopped training for longer than 2 weeks but you can get in a rut. Head up you will regain your gains and more in no time it's amazing how well you body will respond.

    I kind of got out of cars for a bit too but getting up to speed on that as well. Motor freshening on the Pantera. Sold the Porsche. Just got a BMW e36 M3 for the wife to slide around corners in until she figures out what she wants next. A guy has been parking a 1971 Celica GT downstairs that I want to put a note on asking if he wants to sell.
