need your advice and opinions and answers and wtf ever else.
what do you think could happen if i go on like a week 7day binger alcohol/ eating anything like pizza, butterfingers lol basicallly a week of "yes Man" sort of thing, you no? just food and alcohol though no drugs or anything like that.. I think it will be good for me, an expierence with friends that I should have.at 25 i have been conservative my whole life, and haven't really done such a thing.I really mean that. and its been forever since i have not stressed about what I ate. I am mainly just wondering about what changes it could have on body/ muscle loss. I am in really good shape now like a swimmer type body but a bit bigger you no. but anyways will i loose my six pack? I have always had to work very hard/diet for it so thats my main concern.

Depends on how much we're talking about, but for one you'll get fat. A week of this will be hard to break from. Pretty silly concept.

One week wont make or break you if you can limit it to that and not get in trouble due to binge drinking

The first night, you'll probably drink too much and be completely, miserably hungover the next day. The last thing you will want is food. Sounds like fun. Enjoy!

The alcohol is no good but the rest is fine w/me. Hell, i'm a snickers and honey bun fan. Hasn't really hurt me. I say go for it!!

I just asked my buddy who will be coming on this trip wherever or whatever we do and he said hes gonna purge frequently after meals and at night time. whoaa i could honestly see maybe a day or two once but a week pretty harsh right?

If you are pretty fit and you are an ecto. 1 week of doing alcohol,weed,food ect wont do much because I am an ecto and When I was 145 8% bf I always had a bad diet and had drinks throught the week and allI needed to do was workout hard and not stop.

in high school i was 6,2 165 lol could not gain weight for sh**.in college coach put me on extreme bulk and eating plan. buddy on the team had access, we ended up doing 12 weeks of test 500 mg, after we looked like gorilla juice heads (jerseyshore)haha for the next few years.. it took me a whole year maybe longer with hard work, extreme dieting, clen /t3 and certain stims to lean out and rid of that over bulk and back to fit.so i fd up my metabolism, which i guess makes this question extremely difficult.

Oh my bad I thought weed is actually Medicine now in days lol. Didnt noticed that since its basically legal where I am from and now legal in 2 states.
