look next to the back button, you will see the Tor logo, next to that you will see the noscripts button click it and you can change the settings if you want. by clicking it you should see it go to noscripts

Yea, you're really peaking my interest. I've been doing some research on this today. I assume it's more secure than say, peer block, when d/ling certain types of entertainment. I'm not talking about porn.

im not well versed on this and im hesitant to give out too much info as some of it may be incorrect. but if can give away your ip from cookies or something along those lines. its also a good idea to have ssh for general web browsing.

nothing resembling scripts anywhere i can find and i clicked on everything??

plug-ins are disabled
3rd party cookies and other tracking data restricted
not recording browsing history or website data
change details that distinguish me from other tor browser users

im not 100% sure on this so dont quote me, but ill try to explain scripts as best as i can.

when coding a web page you put info in tags e.x <html></html> and sometimes those are left open for whatever reason. hackers can add their own code in the open tags to have the webpage do what they want or steal your cookies and what not.

Yes. They create exploits. One older common bible if exploits was "metasploit". N I know nothing about it.

websites on the deep web arn't listed with words. they are made up of letters and numbers, so you never really know what the website is. In other words it could be cp or just a site with pdfs and books. like i said before its a pedos playground

they are pretty well outlined. you want to start out on the deep web directory. they will give you different catagories to look at. porn and cp are in their own. but if you go on imageboards or forums you're on your own. i wouldnt worry about it too much. you will find its pretty boring after the first few times. the best part i found was a website that had tons of books and pdfs you could download. the most interesting thins was a site that told about experiments that they perform on people and pregnat women, using bleach and what not. pretty sure its fake but still makes you wonder.

if you click on one, nothing bad will happen. the gov't goes after people that distribute or preform said acts. not so much for viewers. just click back and make a mental note not to go there
