I like it. Semi truck brake rotors for plates, everything chained down. That place is a lot more up to date and has more options than where I work out 95% of the time.
Yeah EVERYONE had terrible form and looked like crap and more than likely were only there for the video (1st time visitors). It would have been cool to show a bunch of prison guys or street thugs where jacked. Still I like it.

That place looks like a good place to train. All these hi-tech gyms that you see popping around with the latest treadmills, towel services etc are really just distractions.
This place, you could train hard and get some fresh air in the process.

I like it I would use it. Mt tetanus is up to date so wouldn't care if i cut myself.

Nothing like an old school prison gym but this is a little beyond that. I think some might be there for the cool factor.
