    Diuretics

    So it's been suggested I use a diuretic before my next photoshoot. I've never done them before and don't even know a "name" to research. If anyone here has used them would you please give me any advice. What to watch out for? When to take? If I'm doing a fitness shoot AKA lifting and such is there cause for concern? Dehydration etc.
