    i don't understand?...for the record hiit stands for HIGH intensity interval training so there is no low or medium its full bore buddy...just saying...

    For what purpose? Burning calories? Fitness? Fasted? Pre workout? Post workout?

    Your low and medium intensity options are for steady state only? Or can we incorporate regular interval training and do a combination of both?

    It doesn't matter which you do as long as you do it first thing in the morning or right before you work out. lol (referencing other thread)

    Whatever you do just do it. Most everything works. The biggest problem is people dont stick to it or they expect immediate results.
