There is always going to be some level of risk. You are talking about buying illegal drugs (in countries where anabolic compounds are regulated and illegal). While its true that in most situations law enforcement agencies are more interested in the "big fish" (the illegal labs and distributors) you could still be charged with criminal possession. It's less likely, but not impossible and only YOU can decide if the reward is greater than the risk. If you are caught and prosecuted, it's you who must face possible prosecution, not the board members. It's an individual choice we each must assess and choose based on our risk aversiveness levels.

Remember the story in the news about a year ago where there were like 20 cops from 2 or 3 different counties who busted some guy in a suburban community making him look like a dealer but he only had enough stuff for personal use, maybe 2 or 3 cycles?

They must have spent 200K+ on the bust in manpower for 1K of gear.

There is always risk and IF you do get busted they will treat you like you are the main kingpin.

I wish i wasn't so afraid of risk, I think it holds me back in many aspects of life. About the only area I take risks freely is outdoors and extreme sports and so forth, yet can't seem to want to do it for purposes like mail order test or something like taking further steps in starting a business.

As to the article, this stuff is just ridiculous. I am hopeful for the day we end prohibition.
